BT Moto Intake Air Temperature Relocation Kit BMW M1000RR/ S1000RR / M1000R / S1000R / S1000XR
The BT Moto Intake Air Temperature Relocation Kit offers improved heat management for your bike, ensuring consistent power across all temperature conditions. By relocating the Intake Air Temperature sensor from its factory position near the cylinder heads to a cooler location at the front of the bike, heat soak is minimized. This adjustment enables your bike to accurately measure ambient air temperature, leading to precise fueling and ignition adjustments without inaccurate compensation tables intervening. Whether you're a street, track, or drag racer, this modification has shown no downsides. Its benefits become especially noticeable in moderate to hot climates or during traffic jams.
Features:
- Relocated the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor
- Allows for true ambient air temperature reading
- Consistent power in all temperatures
- Noticeable improvements in stop-and-go traffic, starting a race from a stop and exiting the pit
- No downside and dyno proven gains across the powerband
